GERAÇÃO DE EMPREGO E RENDA COMO FATOR DE INCLUSÃO SOCIAL - CONFECÇÕES NO MUNICÍPIO DE GOIÂNIA (2000 A 2006)

Abstract

The world of the work comes passing for diverse structural changes in what it says respect to the work relations and relations in the work. After the decade of 1980. The great technological changes had intervened seriously with these relations. The city of Goiânia, as it could not leave of being, was not of is of this context. Facing serious problems of unemployment and embrittlement in the work relations, the people had searched ways alternative to guarantee its survival and of its families. Using forms of association, between known or people of the same family, they had been if forming productive groups, initially in deep of yards, which had been growing and creating body of great companies. In Goiânia, the sector that if detached in this process was of confections, attracting for the city a great legion of consumers - sacoleiros, that they disembark here of bus of tourism of diverse parts of Latin America, in search of pretty and cheap clothes. This study it was developed in the direction to analyze the great contribution that this economic sector brings for the city, as well as serving of incentive for the too much people who want to exceed the current working situation and if to overlap the terrible ghost of the unemployment.
