Abstract: In the urban-environmental context, there are numerous debates about territories, considering times and spaces, according to the social actors who dispute them. As a theoretical approach, we chose to study water and its multiple dimensions from an interdisciplinary perspective, especially based on the interactions between History, Geography, and Law. In 2021, the United Nations highlighted that, over the last hundred years, global freshwater use has increased sixfold, and currently about 1.6 billion people in the world face economic water scarcity. It means that, although there may be physical availability, there is not enough infrastructure for many people to access this water (UNESCO, 2021). In 2010, the human right to water was recognized by the United Nations as essential to life, but, until today, it has not been recognized, in itself, as a human right. From the analysis of Brazilian regulations, it is noted that there is not even express recognition of the right to water in the country. In a context of uncertainty, crises and disputes over water generate legal and institutional insecurity. Looking at the city of Goiânia, Goiás, the conflicts around the region of the João Leite river reservoir, stand out, as it is the main water source for local human supply. Some of these conflicts, without institutional responses at the administrative level, amid political and legal nuances, are raised to the Judiciary. Considering this thematic delimitation, the question arises to what extent the Goiano Judiciary promotes the protection of water, in a dimension of human right or commodity, for each of the different social actors who seek it. To answer this question, a qualitative approach was used, through a dialogical analysis between History, Geography, and Law, anchoring it in bibliographical, documentary, and secondary data research. The research focused on understanding territorialities and the relationship between nature and the city, with a focus on the region of the João Leite river reservoir, in Goiânia, Goiás, taking some judicialized conflicts as a basis. The aim was to understand the legal elements involved in the João Leite river reservoir installation, based on the analysis of the administrative environmental licensing process, including all the stages necessary for its construction (preliminary license, installation license, and operation license). Afterwards, the behavior of the Goiás State Court of Justice (TJGO) was analyzed in the face of the disputes that revolved around water and territorialities in the region of the reservoir, categorized into three distinct classes: compensation for failure to provide the public supply service of water; writ of mandamus with requests for granting the use of water resources for irrigation; and environmental public civil action, as its higher incidence among the located processes. From the research, it is inferred that there is a normative legitimization of the narrative of monetization of nature associated with a perspective of environmentally efficient measures. Thus, despite the fact that legal norms often make it impossible to achieve a balanced performance between economic agents and water users, the Judiciary, through its activism, has played a fundamental role in protecting water resources. Finally, it is worth highlighting that the resolution of environmental conflicts, such as those caused by the João Leite river reservoir, requires a structural reform, which involves institutional redesign, as well as the implementation of public policies, with emphasis on the involvement of the entire society in discussions aimed at socio-environmental development, with the fundamental right to water as the main foundation

Abstract: This research investigates sociocultural approaches, to discuss the historicity of social relations from school institutions that dialogue with urban spaces. From this perspective, the objective of the research is to investigate the formation of space in the city of Guapó-GO from the perspective of the dynamics and forms of education that were adopted over time, which constitutes an important tool for understanding its urban and regional history. Therefore, we seek to understand the urban history of the city of Guapó based on the schools that followed each other over time, analyzing the relationships they established with the place and which educational processes were adopted in relation to popular education. Understanding the historical aspects of school locations in the city, analyzing how political interests guided school locations and constructions, the work highlights the opportunities that the education process presented over time, and leaves open reflection on the possibilities that the city presents for education beyond the school walls, based on the understanding of multiple teaching spaces and the expansion of social interactions based on the education of culture and art (popular education). Methodologically, the procedures adopted for the construction of the work consist of a systematic review of the literature, and bibliographic studies with focused investigation, in a quantitative approach, seeking to understand the historical formation of the Guapó space based on its relationships with educational environments

Abstract: The rock art of Torres do Rio Bonito is part of the Palestina de Goiás Archaeological Complex, where a total of 48 archaeological sites are located, according to the IPHAN (Institute of National Historical and Artistic Heritage). Knowing that these spaces are places of social practices, where rock art evokes memory, being the reference of cultural presence, these meanings structured around symbolic relations allow us to access the consensus about the social sense of the world of those who built the landscape in Torres do Rio Bonito. This access and understanding is based on the analysis of the credible vestiges of investigation, which do not end only in the rock drawings, but also in the whole context in which they are inserted. To this end, discussions were held involving landscape, memory, and time. As part of the educational actions proposed for the Palestina de Goiás and Iporá educational institutions, aspects about the deep history and archeological heritage of Goiás were presented, dialoguing with the decolonial perspective

Abstract: The present research, part of the historical education and cultural diversity line of research, has its theme the teaching of history in the recent reforms in the national curriculum guidelines. From a perspective of decolonial studies, we approach existing approximations between historical education, ethnic-racial relations, gender and sexuality, which are reflected in everyday school life, and which become an object in the scope of educational policies. Based on these prerogatives, we seek to assess how the set of current educational guidelines, known as the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC) and the Curricular Document for Goiás - Expanded (DC-GO) seek to contemplate this multi/intercultural debate in the promotion and appreciation of cultural diversity. In this sense, we hypothesize that the colonial base present in education, through colonialities, is still very present, and even if one perceives an advance in relation to the insertion of contents and competences that seek to meet the demand of different groups, such as indigenous and afrodiasporic and their descendants, as required by Laws 10639/2003 and 11645/2008, gender and sexuality issues still require regulation. Methodologically, the research is descriptive, in the qualitative approach, with interpretation based on discourse analysis. Thus, the theoretical support is based on documental and historiographical analysis in dialogue with the guidelines for basic education, with interviews being carried out, which served to complement the theoretical analyzes referring to the guidelines of the BNCC and DC-GO curriculum
