Abstract: Introduction: The existence of atheist activism is nothing new in the history of humanity. Atheists who ardently want to see their point of view become the majority in society have existed since the first civilizations. However, the trauma caused by September 11, 2001 in the world gave rise to a type of radical atheism, which openly talks about the elimination of religions. This type of atheism came to be called "neo-atheism" or "new atheism". The claim of this movement is that religions are a type of "social pathology"that causes unnecessary wars, suffering and suffering, and that they are also an obstacle to scientific advancement and unity among peoples, as well as a risk factor for human existence itself. This anti-religious discourse is constructed and propagated by the neo-atheist movement, especially in the figure of the selfstyled "four horsemen of atheism": Richard Dawkins, Daniel Dennett, Cristhopher Hitchens and Sam Harris. Problem: The research problem of this thesis is related to the fact that several scholars who follow New Atheism are pointing out that the speech of these four leaders contains elements that can be considered radical and intolerant. Hypothesis: The hypothesis that was assumed and put to the test in this study is that there really are fundamentalist elements in the discourse of these four authors, and that such characteristics can be identified, classified and studied, thus making it possible to evaluate their development, dissemination and some of their social consequences. Methodology: The methodology used was a bibliographical and biographical review of the authors, analyzing the books, statements and actions that were correlated with the topic researched here. All collected material was separated into topics that were identified during the data collection. We systematized the themes, grouped them into sets of analyses, carried out the discussion with quotes from dozens of scholars on the subject and presented the results according to each block. Therefore, in our final considerations, we made a general overview of all the findings and conclusions. Results: The reflections and findings confirmed the hypothesis assumed that there is indeed fundamentalism in the discourse of new atheism. The data also showed that there is a lack of studies on this topic in the Academy, especially in the Portuguese language. They also revealed that New Atheists use different methods to spread their anti-religious message, and that the reach of this radical discourse is quite extensive, and has penetrated even more strongly among younger generations. Finally, it was also demonstrated that the neo-atheist discourse has also influenced the production of biased academic research, which uses IQ tests to try to demonstrate that religious people are less intelligent than atheists

Abstract: This dissertation aimed, first, to analyze the pericope that deals with the advent of divine filiation, in the Epistle to the Galatians (4,1-7). The purpose was to understand above all what would be the most appropriate interpretations for the apostle Paul's statement about the "fullness of time" having arrived. According to him, when this happened, the path was open to the "younger" children to become "greater" and then choose freedom instead of slavery, the Master instead of the "pedagogue". By fulfilling this script, they would receive "filial adoption", equally becoming "heirs". In the second chapter, attention was focused on understanding the maturation process of Brazilian society at the end of the 20th century, in the family and social aspect, and which led to the official recognition of socio-affective affiliation in family law, in contrast to the biological and patrimonial concerns at the beginning of that phase and which marked the legitimate affiliation. Based on what was discovered in these two moments, the next challenge was to investigate to what extent it would be possible to correlate the meaning of the statement about having reached ¿the fullness of time¿, in two filiations. The hypothesis envisioned was that they presented aspects that seemed to go together and that complemented each other: the passage of time and the spiritualization of being, composing a "background" that accompanies the saga of man throughout the course of his existence and that is responsible for bringing the lights of progress, material and spiritual. The end of the research achieved the general objective by demonstrating that it is indeed possible to make the correspondence, which appears to be complete. It clarified that the two events did not occur at a random or fortuitous moment in history, but rather at one where most people had open and mature minds to question and change the reality around them. Likewise, the specific objectives were achieved by highlighting that inner maturity is what is behind overcoming the period under the "pedagogue" and receiving the Master and his liberating message; which made it possible to open space in the family and in the social environment for the formal reception of affectionate children, protected against any and all discrimination. Finally, to analyze the initial chapter and pertinent to divine filiation, the historical-critical method was used, while the dissertation as a whole was based on bibliographical research, in which it sought to privilege those studies that are not content with examining the great complexity and depth of life through monochromatic lenses

Abstract: The book of 2Kgs 22-23 brings the pericope of the religious reform promoted by king Josiah during his reign, in the middle of the seventh century B.C. For a long time, academic research has foundedif in the biblical text to interpret and build knowledge about the Levant during the Bronze Ages, from the Iron to the advent of Jesus Christ. Today, however, archaeology has shed new light through finds that often contest the biblical account. In the case of Josiah's pericope, archaeology has shown that although it is grounded in historical facts, these were reinterpreted from a deuteronomist perspective in order to present a clearly theological message. Thus, this research aims to relate the biblical text with more current data provided by archaeology to understand the true story that underlies the message. Therefore, this work was divided into three chapters: presentation of the interpretative theories of 2Kgs 22-23 and their different strands; survey of comments made by researchers and biblists on the excerpt in question; analysis of the reform of Josias based on archaeological research and its most recent findings. What the reader will realize at the end is that, although 2Kgs 22- 23 uses real historical facts as the basis for the narrative, these serve only for the contextualization of a deuteronomist message that reinterpreted them under theological bias, as a myth of origin, in order to spread a precept of cultic centralization in the temple of Jerusalem and in the existence of one god, YHWH

Abstract: The object of this study is the relationship between the perspective of law and justice in Jeremias 22,1-5 and the work of the Social Worker. The objective is to know to what extent the right-justice hendiadys in Jeremias 22,1-5 has an impact on the performance of social workers, since it is assumed that such hendiadys is an element of analysis of the performance of these professionals in the Unified System of Social Assistance - SUAS. The problem question is: to what extent does the hendiadys right-justice in Jeremias 22,1-5 affect the performance of the Social Worker in SUAS? The answer was possible through theoretical, bibliographical and qualitative research, with a semistructured interview and action-research strategy, approved by CEP n. 4,612,476, and use of the IRaMuTeQ software. The methodological details make up Chapter 1, necessary in view of the challenges of the debate about the mediation of Social Work and religion, which calls for discussion with an immersion research. In Chapter 2 we expose biblical exegesis, we unravel law and justice in the prophetic context of Jeremiah 22,1-5, forming a hendiadys: law-justice, which expresses, by two linked nouns, an idea that would be represented from the use of each which in isolation, where each one characterizes the other, but expressing a single meaning. In Chapter 3, we discuss the modern conception of law and justice, we establish the hermeneutic bridge with the pericope of Jeremiah 22,1-5, we address the right to social assistance and the SUAS as its guarantor, we present the meaning of law and justice for social workers and how these professionals perform them. As a result, the research showed that for social workers the law must be regulated and it is the law itself, but it is also the protection of the vulnerable in a similar situation to the foreign, orphan and widow. Moreover, it is the execution of the right for themselves, which reverberates in the condition of executor, mediator and enabler of the other's right. The right-justice hendiadys is also characterized as such in the conception of the social workers, but the contradictory reality presents it as far from the empowerment of the vulnerable. We conclude that the hypothesis is confirmed and the hendiadys asserts itself as an element of analysis of the performance of social workers, the Social Assistance policy and the Social Worker as a subject of law in the scope of the professional ethical political project. The applicability of the law cannot be the only means for the execution of the right, as some need it more and differently than others. The element of justice must, obligatorily, mediate the application of the law so that there are more humane and solidary relationships, aimed at the good of the community. The justice of Jeremiah 22,1-5 is a justice that emanates from Yhwh, from God himself, who is immanent in every human being, regardless of an institutional religion. There is a humanist principle, which is not assistentialism, which drives us to the right-justice desired by all humanity
