RELAÇÕES SOCIAIS DE GÊNERO NA REGIONAL DE PALMEIRAS DE GOIÁS E SUA REPERCUSSÃO NO MUNDO DO TRABALHO

Abstract

Starting from the appearance of the working class, a new society is formed, which has as characteristic a new way of work organization to explore the men. This new political and economical organization also caused a restructuring of the teachers' category, tending negative reflexes in the politics of graduation, as well as in the education professional s depreciation that came to proletarian in an uncritical way, mostly after the female tendency for teaching. Due to this reality, after the decade of 1970, a change begins in the posture of the unions and their members, it is clear the weakness and the workers' non engagement at their categories in the fight process against the overpowering capital, it is noticed the power of the ideology dominating the thought and the wage earners' actions. By this situation, it has been noticed that the women teachers besides if they do not engage in the union fights, they are not also leading the positions of power, being alienated to the interests of their class. The pro capital dominance is of such greatness that the teachers' category did not get to change this reality, because it is one of the categories that more suffer pressure, from the dominant powers. Mainly because most of them are women, that come from a fight little valued by the macho society, that do not give true opportunities of transformation for this society. There is an explicit dominance in the gender relationships, in which the women's work is seen as prolongation of the domestic activities and not as emancipation function, it is predetermined by the social role in agreement with their abilities. In the goiano country, more specifically in the Regional of Palmeiras de Goiás, such inequalities are more accentuated due to the demands of the patriarchal society are evidenced and present until today. These characteristics induce the social inequalities, the non-engagement of the teachers as class in the union fights, the acceptance of a macho reality and mainly the perpetuation of these postures in the society of the XXI century. This theorical field is interlaced to the social subjects, once they have great amplitude and interest in the social relationships of gender.
