MATURIDADE ORGANIZACIONAL NA RELAÇÃO ENTRE A ACADEMIA E AS INDÚSTRIAS FARMACÊUTICAS EM GOIÁS PARA TRANSFERÊNCIA DE CONHECIMENTO E DE TECNOLOGIA

Abstract

The dissertation presents a method to mensure the degree of the maturity of the company for knowledge transference and technology between academiccompany, from itens facilitators that cause their implantation. Through the perception of members of the evaluated companies, it is gotten intensity where the factors that facilitate the transference of knowledge and technology between academic-company are present in its organizational environment. The method makes possible, through the Item Response Theory (TRI), to evaluate how much the company is prepared or not to transfer knowledge and technology between academic-company. The research also supplies lines of direction to assist in the resolution of the factors that inhibit the transference of knowledge and technology between academic-company. The method was applied in four large pole agribusiness industries of Anápolis - DAIA - coming to the conclusion that using the method it is possible to evaluate the maturity of companies to carry out the transfer of knowledge and technology between academia, business, realized that the transfer of knowledge and technology between the four industries surveyed, hardly exists because the results obtained. Cast is a set of actions and administrative measures to improve the qualify factors of transferring knowledge and technology in these companies.
