ASPECTOS DA GESTÃO PÚBLICA AMBIENTAL NA JUSTIÇA ELEITORAL

Abstract

Given the extensive discussion that the theme Management Environment, as well as the term sustainability has resulted in recent years in almost all spheres of knowledge and human activity, this dissertation seeks to address how the public management of the environment is being addressed the sphere of the Brazilian Judiciary, focusing on approach given by the Electoral Justice. Our research begins with a historical reflection on the theme, under the international documents and conferences held throughout the twentieth century to the present time, in national and state scope, to then reflect on how the Brazilian Judiciary has implemented this discussion to its-own routine. Regarding the judicial practices towards the environment, our dissertation seeks to explain programs adopted on for education of public servants, public managers and the general public about sustainability, among other things, to finally arrive at a clear reflection on how the matter is being dealt on public environmental management by Brazilian Electoral Justice.
