CONSELHOS MUNICIPAIS DE SAÚDE: CONSTITUIÇAO E IDENTIFICAÇÃO DAS POLÍTICAS DE SAÚDE PARA AS MULHERES E AMBIENTAIS REGIÃO SUDOESTE I - GO

Abstract

This study sought to identify the constitution / organization of the Health Municipal Councils of the Southwest Region I / Go: Districts from Santa Helena de Goias and Rio Verde in the period of 2007 to 2010 and to plan the profile of the representation of the civil society, of health institutional agents and municipal managers of health in the health Councils of these districts. Both of Districts selected are references in the Healthy Services in the Southwest Region of Goias. It was identified the forms of participation of the Municipal Councils, having as a focus its contribution for the design and implementation of the Politics of the women and environmental health for the managers of these districts. The information were obtained through interviews and form application together with Councils, Councils Presidents, Managers of the health section and analysis of the documents concerning to the meetings of the Councils. The study showed that the Municipal Councils of Santa Helena de Goias and Rio Verde showed weakness in its constitution and in the conversation with the municipal administration principally in relation to the representatives of the users don t have focused on the physical and administrative structure. The meetings, in general, are financial agenda - It explains the accounts showed for the managers and no focused on the inspection and assessment in relation to the implementation and development of the health program that are implanted or that should be implanted or even for the discussions about the population s health and environmental
