In this sense, people who are sick from these diseases require deployed care because their clinical condition may result dysfunctions and even affect the achievement of basic activities and instrumental activities of daily. Therefore be the constancy experienced by these patients is demarcated by the presence of negative feelings since the possibility of changes as to your self-image the style and life expectancy and the need social and psychological adaptation. In this perspective, one can affirm the existence of the historical relationship and the health-disease process, that it would be justified by the interface between and experience of illness, marked by the pain and suffering, and the religious experience as the source for support and comfort in face of suffering experienced.
