ESTÁGIO CURRICULAR OBRIGATÓRIO EM SERVIÇO SOCIAL: PRESSUPOSTOS TEÓRICOS – METODOLÓGICOS E REALIDADE EM UNIDADES DE FORMAÇÃO DO DISTRITO FEDERAL

Abstract

The present dissertation analyzes the Mandatory Stage of the Academic Training Units in the Federal District according to what is determined in the National Internship Politic - PNE (ABEPSS, 2010). The research was bibliographical and documentary having as object the instruments and instrumental used in the supervised stage. A comparison was made of the parameters of the compulsory supervised internship in the course of Social Work between the Pedagogical Plans of the Academic Training Units that are the target of observation in relation to the Social Service Curriculum Guidelines (ABEPSS, 1996) and PNE (ABEPSS, 2010). It was sought to verify the existence of an Internship Manual and its consistency with the Curricular Guidelines (ABEPSS, 1996) and PNE (ABEPSS, 2010). The intention was to discriminate the instruments that are contained in individual training folders in relation to those established in the National Training Policy. It was considered, through this research, that there is a significant list of notes that interfere in the routine of registration of the documentation that is validator of the occurrence of the stage. The main point is that this question is compromised. What is significantly serious is putting the documentation and your organization into folders and file being an official validator of the completion of the internship. The intention of the observation and the consequent analysis was not to point out the discrepancies or to name the fragile points identified as professional incompetence. What did not fail to signify and attribute the importance due to being the period of compulsory curricular traineeship a place of professional experience, but especially of learning. It was noted in the results found there are weaknesses that need to be looked at, the nodes that need to be undone and the changes that need to happen. It is believed that this research contributes to rethinking, from the form and the way the instruments are documented.
